TurntableLab offers a 30-day return policy for most electronics and gear to ensure you are completely satisfied with your audio setup. Items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully pack the items in their original manufacturer box, including all cables, manuals, and accessories, then place them inside a sturdy shipping carton.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking information for your records.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the hardware, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
